IMOS Technology offers high-precision laser marking using Black Marking, which produces high-contrast, permanent markings without removing material. The markings withstand corrosion, cleaning, sterilisation and passivation, making them suitable for delicate products.

Marking is carried out using the TruMark Station 1000 (TRUMPF GmbH), providing micron-level accuracy and consistent quality across different materials and complex surfaces.

The technology meets UDI marking requirements for medical devices and is used in medicine, electronics, mechanical engineering and other high-tech industries.

IMOS Technology offers professional titanium component anodising with the automated TioCol ANH9-30 by KKS Ultraschall AG. The technology enables precise processing of solid titanium products and 3D-printed components with consistent and repeatable results.

The process produces a wide range of colours without pigments. The resulting uniform finish improves resistance to corrosion, chemical exposure and wear.

Anodising is suitable for the medical industry, aviation, watchmaking, sports equipment and other high-tech sectors where reliability and appearance are equally important.

IMOS Technology provides professional sharpening of medical and veterinary cutting instruments with high precision and strict quality control. We restore the original cutting-edge geometry to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation.

Sharpening is carried out manually by experienced specialists, ensuring accuracy when processing scalpels, knives and surgical and veterinary instruments. Each instrument undergoes a final inspection to ensure excellent sharpness, safe use and a long service life.

At IMOS Technology, we provide precision polishing of metal components using a combination of ultrasonic cleaning, magnetic processing and centrifugal abrasive finishing. The technology is suitable for small, complex parts with high surface-finish requirements.

The process includes ultrasonic cleaning using Forplan AG UPE 25 DGL, which effectively removes contamination from hard-to-reach areas, together with processing using the magnetic system PM3000 and centrifugal abrasive finishing systems Turbo 30L in dry and wet processes.

The method provides controlled deburring, surface smoothing and a uniform, high-quality finish on components with different geometries and levels of complexity.
